Applicants should be a citizen of india or he/she should come to india before 1st January 1962 if he/she is a refugee.
Applicant must have a bachelors degree from any registered institute/college of the University with the following subjects.
Bachelor’s degree in Law .
Masters in Business Administration .

Chartered Accountants .
